Bouquet Transporter (Outside of Auckland Deliveries)
At Flowers on Onewa we have created a custom designed Bouquet Transporter to ensure your flowers arrive in pristine condition. The flowers are packaged in a water filled Vox and placed in the Bouquet Transporter, ensuring your flowers arrive fresh and free of damage during all facets of delivery.
Cancellations
At Flowers on Onewa we understand that there are times that orders need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Should you need to cancel your order a full refund will only be given if notification of the cancellation is received 24 hours prior to delivery date for the Auckland region and 48 hours prior to the delivery date for the Outside of Auckland region. Cancellations received outside of this time frame shall be charged at 50%, except where the order has been dispatched, in which case no refund is applicable.

Returns Policy
Here at Flowers on Onewa we proud ourselves in our product and service, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we shall replace your order.
It is important that we are notified of any problems within this 24 hour time frame so that we may establish how this problem has arisen. In the case of damaged flowers Flowers on Onewa will have the damaged flowers uplifted and assess their condition before they deteriorate further.

Delayed Deliveries
Flowers on Onewa guarantee quoted delivery times as set out in our Delivery section, in the event your order arrives 1 day (24 hours) late we will refund the delivery charge and deliver for free.
Please note we are not liable for an incorrect delivery address or date that the customer has provided, but if notified will endeavour to do our utmost to have the flowers re-directed if possible at an extra charge.
In the event that we must contact you the customer with regards to your order, we will firstly make contact via your primary contact details that you provided on your order form and then via the email address provided.
In the event of no response we will not be liable for delayed delivery.

Product Supply
Due to seasonal changes Flowers on Onewa cannot always guarantee that all the products shown in the photos on this site will be available. Our team of floral designers will do their utmost to replace these flowers with other flowers of the same value, keeping the over all design the same.
If by chance we were unable to supply an order or the over all design would be changed dramatically, we would contact you the customer and suggest a replacement item of the same value.

All information you supply to us is securely stored in our database. This information will be used for delivery, invoicing, payments and email marketing. Your information will not be made available publicly or to any other parties. If at anytime you wish to view information we have stored, please do not hesitate to contact us. |
